Our Services
US Visa Assistance
The United States is one of the most popular destinations for tourists, students, and business travellers. The diverse landscapes of its national parks, the abundance of cultural and historical sites — including the Statue of Liberty and Hollywood — and the famous Disney theme parks all make the USA irresistible. A trip to America is an entirely achievable dream; all it takes is a visa. We assist with various visa types:
- Tourist visa (B1/B2)
Issued for up to three years for tourism, business trips, or medical treatment in the USA. The consular fee is $160.
- Student visa (F1, M)
Issued to individuals enrolled in a US educational institution (including colleges, universities, secondary schools, and language courses). Valid for up to one year; no additional fees required.
- Work visa (H1B)
Depending on the nature of the activity, the US Consulate may issue work authorisations in categories H (highly qualified specialists), L (temporary employment at a US branch of an international company), and P (athletes and entertainment professionals). Consular fee: $190.
- Transit visa (C1/D)
Issued to crew members of sea vessels and aircraft transiting through US ports. Fee: $160.
- Family and immigration visas (IR, CR)
Required documents
Consulate appointments are made in advance. The applicant must complete a form indicating their valid foreign passport number, the electronic application number, and the receipt number of the paid visa fee.
To apply for a standard tourist/business visa, the following documents must be submitted to the consulate:
A completed electronic application form.
1 standard photograph, 3.5 × 4.5 cm.
A valid foreign passport and any previously issued passports.
An invitation from an employer or private individual, if applicable.
Evidence of financial means (bank statements, property ownership documents).
Itinerary for the trip to the USA including addresses and contact persons.
A letter from the primary employer stating salary, position, date of hire, and duration of the trip.
A certificate of no criminal record.
Depending on the purpose of the trip, additional documents may be required, such as educational credentials, documents confirming a family relationship with US residents, a certificate of self-employment, etc.
Russian Visa Assistance
A trip to Russia requires advance preparation of documents.
An invitation for a foreign national is a document that facilitates the granting of permission to stay in Russia for a defined period.
Such an invitation is often sought when one plans to visit friends or relatives in another country. In practice, a private invitation to Russia is typically arranged when the foreign national plans to stay for more than 30 days (in which case the visa is valid for up to 90 days, with one or two permitted entries).
It is also possible to obtain an official invitation from an employer for a visa for the purpose of employment in Russia.
A business visa is required for anyone crossing the Russian border for work purposes. Exceptions apply to residents of countries that have visa-free agreements with Russia:
- South Ossetia, Belarus — unlimited stay permitted;
- Moldova, Ukraine, CIS countries (excluding Turkmenistan) — stays of up to 90 days are permitted.
We can help you obtain:
Tourist visa
Business visa
Work visa
Study visa
Prepare the necessary documents
In addition to the invitation itself and a number of standard official documents, the following are required for a work visa application to Russia:
notarially certified translations of the applicant's diploma and passport;
4 photographs, 3 × 4 cm format.
EU / Schengen Visa Assistance
Europe draws visitors with its architecture, cultural heritage, and natural beauty.
Travelling abroad often involves navigating a lengthy list of organisational tasks. For EU countries, the Schengen visa is often the greatest challenge. To cross the border of the Schengen zone without difficulty, all documents must be prepared in strict accordance with the requirements — our specialists are here to help.
We offer assistance with:
Schengen visas for short-term stays
Long-term national visas
To obtain entry permission, an application must be submitted to the embassy of the chosen country. Under Schengen rules, that country must be the primary point of entry into the Schengen area and the one where the longest part of the stay is planned. Standard time limits are 90 days; the exception is a transit visa (5 days). Consular fee: €35.
Required documents
Application signed by the applicant, completed in English or in the national language;
A current colour photograph on a white background, size 3.5 × 4.5 cm (70–80% of the frame should show the face, unobscured by hair; headwear and glasses should preferably be removed);
A valid foreign passport (valid for at least 3 months beyond the requested visa's expiry date), plus copies of the pages with the photograph and personal data;
Bank statement, traveller's cheques, sponsorship details, invitation, or other evidence of financial means;
Employment certificate (or certificate of self-employment, or a letter from a university);
A universal European travel insurance policy.
Asian Visa Assistance
Asian countries captivate visitors with their exoticism and diversity. We can help you obtain visas for countries including:
China
Japan
South Korea
Thailand
India
Singapore
Each of these countries has its own set of requirements for visa applicants. Requirements vary considerably: for example, when submitting a visa application to the Japanese Embassy, the applicant must be present in Russia; China requires the submission of return flight tickets.
